The location near the Raouche Rock was fantastic. The staff, from reception to F&B to housekeeping, were all very polite and professional. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and offered great variation. Mr Ali Sarhan, the agent, handled all my requirements professionally. Mr Bassam showed great kindness and hospitality. Youssef and Jawad were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, close to a famous landmark with great sunset views. The staff was friendly and professional. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of local food. The Wi-Fi was strong. Clean rooms. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Felt great, nothing too much trouble.

The view from the eighth-floor sea-facing room was amazing. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the spacious terrace, taking in the beauty of the Raushe rock. The staff was friendly and accommodating, our comfort throughout our stay. The sea-view restaurant just in front of the hotel was a good dining spot, offering delicious meals with a picturesque backdrop. Despite the busy street, the room was peaceful and provided a tranquil retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for its fine views, friendly staff, and great location.

I also loved the fact that there were shops and commercial services on-site, as well as laundry facilities. The rooms themselves were well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The private bathroom was spacious and stocked with free toiletries, and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The king-sized bed was fantastic and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast selection was great, with a local choice of dishes that we enjoyed. We especially appreciated that breakfast was served until 11am, giving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy our meal. The view from our room was amazing, one of the best in the city. We loved having a spacious terrace to take in the fine scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were particularly impressed with the cleaner, Ritta, who provided professional service and had a polite attitude. Plus, the bottled water being refreshed every day was a nice touch.
